Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Australian-based fulfillment partners, as well as international warehouses depending on product availability. This allows us to offer a wide product range and fair shipping times.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve Australia and New Zealand. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track it directly on our Track Your Order page.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
To get your items to you faster, some products ship separately depending on their location and warehouse availability.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
How do I return an item?
Simply reach out to our support team via email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! — if the item is unused and still in its original packaging, you can exchange it for a different size, color, or item (based on availability).
What items are non-returnable?
inal sale items, used pet products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Products & Warranty
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. We carefully vet our products for safety, durability, and comfort. Your pet’s well-being is our top priority.
Do you offer any warranty?
While we don’t have an extended warranty yet, we stand by our product quality. If you have any issues within 30 days, let us know and we’ll make it right.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us via our email with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
What types of pets are your products suitable for?
Our collections are thoughtfully curated for cats and dogs of all ages. We focus on toys, comfort, accessories, and feeding essentials tailored to each species — whether your pet is playful, anxious, fussy, or full of energy, we’ve got something for them.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay or Zip may also be available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your data — including Shop Pay, Stripe, and PayPal.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes! Eligible customers can split payments using Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay.
